Conditions & Policies


DESIGN PAYOUT holds the right to offer one or more than one Service at a time. These Services include but not limited to logo, website, and mobile app design, website and mobile app development, online and digital marketing and printing service. Any new feature that aims to enhance the service will be taken into account as included in the service. DESIGN PAYOUT holds the right to change or suspend the service due to non-payment and non-cooperation. The company also holds the right to terminate the Service without any prior notice. You or client agrees that DESIGN PAYOUT will not be held responsible for losses and damages due to such suspension and change in the Service.


For the requested Service, the client agrees to pay a partial amount of the order before processing the order. The remaining due amount of the order can be paid upon the completion of the order. The client agrees to pay for the order as per the terms defined above or discussed with the representatives of DESIGN PAYOUT. The paid amount of the order is exclusive of all the taxes applicable in your resident state. Client agrees to pay the amount using the offered payment modes e.g. PayPal, Bank Transfer and CashApp (For US clients only).


Client agrees to cancel the order in written e.g. email request within 12 hours after placing the order. Once cancellation email is received, we will process your request and will refund you 90% of the order. Client agrees to bear the cancellation fee that is 10%. After 12 hours, no cancellation requests will be entertained.


Client agrees to make the refund request in writing via email. Refund requests will be entertained in the cases where orders are delivered and there is dissatisfaction with the order, or order not delivered on the deadline. If a few milestones of the order is completed and the client is aware of the delay of the order delivery, the refund request will not be entertained. Moreover, refund request for the delivered order must be made within 7 days after the delivery of the order.


Client agrees that the information he or she provides will be used only for delivering the services. The client also agrees that the contact information will be used for getting in touch with the clients or sending offer newsletters in the future.
